FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 IN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES*.
Purchases made on the LOAM website are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. No delivery will be made to a box or post office box.
Orders of $150 or more require a signature upon delivery.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY POLICY
Be sure to order before noon on December 15, 2023, to receive your purchases before Christmas.
Please note that all purchases made between December 26, 2023 and December 30, 2023 will be shipped on January 3, 2024.

Prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your importing country.
Return or exchange fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY

As your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be returned unworn, with the original packaging and labels. We cover return shipping costs for items over $100, unless otherwise indicated*. A credit for the amount of the purchase will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction.
BEFORE returning a product, you MUST contact customer service, mentioning the reason for the return and requesting a valid authorization by e-mail at loam.safety@gmail.com.
* No refunds: Items at 40% off or more cannot be refunded. Only an exchange at your expense is possible.
Final sale: Products marked “final sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges of your holiday purchases made on our website will be accepted until January 9, 2024. You must contact us at loam.safety@gmail.com before January 9 to obtain a return number. Please mention when ordering that the purchase is intended as a gift.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

All price adjustments are subject to approval, requests must be sent to loam.safety@gmail.com. We will equalize prices within 15 days of purchase of a regular priced item only on our website.
Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during the following events: Black Friday and Boxing Day. No price adjustments will be made on items included in the Black Friday and Boxing Day promotions.
