FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 IN CANADA AND THE U.S.*
Orders placed on the LOAM website are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes or postal lockers.
Any order of $150 or more requires a signature upon delivery.

Prices listed do NOT include taxes. Taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your importing country.
Return or exchange shipping fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. We cover return shipping fees for items over $100, except for certain exceptions*. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction.
BEFORE returning a product, you MUST contact customer service, stating the reason for the return, and obtain valid return authorization via email at info@loamsafety.com.
- No refunds: Items with a 40% discount are exchangeable only, at your expense. No refunds will be issued. Items with a 50% discount or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Final Sale: Products marked as "final sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges for holiday purchases made on our website will be accepted until January 9, 2024.
Please contact us at info@loamsafety.com before January 9 to obtain a return authorization number.
When placing your order, please mention that the item is intended as a gift.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
All price adjustments are subject to approval. Requests must be sent to info@loamsafety.com. We will match prices within 15 days of purchasing a full-priced item on our website.
Please note that our price adjustment policy does not apply during the following events: Black Friday Week and Boxing Day. No price adjustments will be made for items included in the Black Friday and Boxing Day promotions.
